Welcome To Body Concept

Set up in 1996 by Rod, Spartacus Gym opened in a 2,500 sq ft Unit in Thetford catering mainly for the serious Body Builders in the area. This was at the time a "basic yet serious" Body Building Gym with some Cardiovascular Equipment.

More Cardiovascular Equipment was soon added to aid the members in their quest for the ultimate BODY and new equipment kept being added over the next 9 years.

In 2005 the Gym relocated to Roman Way on Fison Way Industrial Estate, Thetford due to more space being needed in order to accommmodate the continuous increase in members.

A new 5,000 sq ft unit now houses the state of the art Gym which is still very much a serious Fitness and Body Building Gym.

The facilities now include a high tech Cardiovascular area, Saunas in both the Ladies' and Mens' Changing Rooms, a Supplement Shop, Bar and Lounge Area.
